EARLY LIFE AND BACKGROUNG:

Francis Okonkwo was born in Lagos state Nigeria, during the famous 1993 presidential election that led to political unrest in the state that forced many non-ethnics to relocate to their state of origins; this made his parents to relocate to the south-east, Enugu State, Nigeria where he was raised. He finished secondary school at the age of 17 and at 19 enrolled as a student at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. While he was in the university, he came across an article on the internet in 2007 that described how to set up a Google Adsense account and make money through selling ads, from then on he picked interest.



CAREER AND LIFE:

Francis started as a blogger as early as 2007 where he would create free sub-domain websites from a cybercafé and be writing articles just to sell Google ads.

In September 2018, he launched his own domain blog website hpluscommunity.com.ng which was later blocked due to too many controversies surrounding its posts. Gistcity Africa Forum was later launched in November 2020 and the site is just about 4 months old, but yet it has gathered recognition from news websites in Nigeria. The idea behind for creating Gistcity Africa Forum was to allow bloggers and business owners to have more social media space to display their articles and goods.

SCANDALS:

He was rumored to have been involved in sex escapades with multiple women who were members of his facebook communities, GISTCITY AFRICA GROUP and GISTCITY AFRICA PAGE. Amongst the women were also married women involved.
