I've been getting job invites too from different sources and numbers even when I didn't apply, some even have the temerity to say that the interview is holding in a hotel. Thunder fire you. You cannot use my blood in Jesus name. Holy ghost fireeeeeeeeeee.

You must be cautious and suspicious of such invitations but that does not mean the invitation is not genuine. There are many reason you may get invited for a job you did not apply for.
For instance, if you had submitted your CV to a recruiter, they may submit you CV once they find an opportunity you are fit for without notifying you. Remember that they are paid based on the number of qualified prospects or based on successful recruitments. More so, you could be head-hunted. This usually happens without a pre-information or application. So, what you need to do is to research the company, confirm when they came into existence, their online activities, any available reviews - check their linkedln profile and confirm if any staff working for them is on LinkedIn. You may even engage the staff. Google the address they sent, and check the phone number that sent the message on truecaller.

It is definitely not genuine, the WhatsApp invitation is enough red flag; mail would have been more convincing.
With the fact that you never applied for it, it is safe to say you should maintain your head on your neck by staying in your house.
and make sure you forward this contact to the department of state security.

Its not a legit job interview.
