The man named Larry odigie from Benin, Edo state was arrested when he went to confront a mattress seller to ask for his money back. This Americaaana gentleman is going to prison in Nigeriaaana straight. No civilian is permitted to own a concealable handgun in Nigeria UNLESS they have special permission issued by none other than the Presidency. It is not possible to even apply for a handgun permit in Nigeria, as the law stands according to the Firearms Act of 1990, under Part 1, item 7 of the Prohibited Weapons section of that law. By openly confessing on tape that he carried a prohibited pistol in Nigeria for "self-defense", this man has ensured that he will be tried very quickly and found guilty without delay.
