May i know why? It's not as though i intend going for a flagship, i just want to have a feel of the phone. i currently use the nokia 3, whose battery capacity is less than that of the pixel XL(I can say its ok). The thing is, i just don't want to have anything to do with transsion devices, i want phones from quality brands like samsung,nokia, pixel, lg, motorolla and then likes... Okay, which will you recommend between the XL and samsung galaxy s7?

Pixel 3 is a 2018 phone... And that's what I'm currently using.. I got mine from Fibonacci.... The phone is serving my daily needs....and with the SD 845 that comes with it... The battery life will be enough for your daily needs as far as you are not a heavy gamer.... Pixel 6 and 6 pro are currently the flagship device for Google.... And 6 pro currently costs about 480k to 500k...
At least only the iphone 12 pro max and 13 and probably Huawei mate 30 pro upwards and Samsung S10 plus upwards can rival pixel 3 camera....let alone pixel 4-6....

Lol don't buy the pixel 4XL. The battery isn't great at all. A 5 is even better if you get a good deal.

Buy a 4a instead. Cheaper, smaller and great batter life.

Thanks. The thing is... I've sworn off midrange chips. Once i see any snapdragon 7** I'm immediately pissed off. I'll just keep chewing my thumbs till I make a decision. I'll be mad at myself if i buy it and the battery is just as bad as everyone says it is but there's a demon that's also whispering that maybe it's not so bad.

Oh, don't get me wrong. The battery life is OK. Just won't carry you all thru the day with moderate usage. You'll need to charge it at least once.

J think its the mate 30 pro that's making me biased. The battery is so good i often forget it needs to be charged so i don't want to go from that to something that'll easily frustrate me. 4xl may be better than 4a but opinions I've seen so far is that it's not great compared to other flagships.

The thing is Google makes phone with highly optimised OS, I'm a current user of Google Pixel 3XL phone. My 128GB is almost filled, just had only less than 4GB remaining. Phone still as fast as it was two years ago when I bought it.

I may upgrade to 4XL as my cousin so much likes the phone and I may just hand it over
