The course content of this study covers a broad area which includes: vessel orientation and basic safety procedures, prevention and safe practices, navigation, social responsibility and survival techniques, seamanship and basic fire prevention and fighting, basic first aid, etc.
This course is a 5 day intensive theory and practical training.
The objective of this course is to raise seafarers who have been introduced to professional crew and understands the command structure, understand shipboard routines and watch keeping duties, qualified and instructed in safe conduct for laying aloft etc.
We recommend this course for beginners and those already in the in the marine industry who want to work in the deck crew or build a career as sea farers.
