As a young man I never loved the things of God. I lived a very wayward life of drug and sex addiction.
I was in the compound, where I lived during my IT days, when a very beautiful lady walked in to see my neighbour, she looked like a deeper lifer, MFM, Lord's chosen member with no make up or jewelry , yet I couldn't take my eyes off her beauty.
I walked up to her trying to strike a conversation, but I was ignored. The guys who she spoke with told me she was a Catholic charismatic, who just started her own ministry.

I laughed , cos to me she was too young to begin a ministry( she was between 20-23 years of age). I decided to attend her ministry. On getting there , she looked straight into my eyes and told me God was calling me, also said other things. My conscience felt disturbed. I got home confessed my sins to God and gave my life to Christ.

The experience lasted only 2 weeks, cos my school girlfriend came to spend a week with me and we had sex all through. I obviously couldn't tell her I just gave my life to Christ, because she was a Christian before I met her, and I was the one that led her into a life of immorality.
After she left, I abandoned the church stuff, and went back to my former life. I got worse than I was before, spending most of my time in cult activities, having multiple sex partners and other evil vices.

I resumed school, then Christ began His work in me. The first thing was that the same girlfriend the devil used to lure me back to sin told me she wasn't interested anymore, that I had destroyed her life.
The next thing that happened was that my very close BAN friend died. I went to see his body in the mortuary , as I stared at his lifeless body , I heard a voice that said " where will you send your eternity if you die like him" .

Days later I went to visit my axelord friend in the Akwacross region, we were strolling around his estate when we met a young prophet who told us he was having a vigil. We attended the vigil together , during the vigil the young prophet called me out, told me God was calling me and asked what my purpose in life was. He further went ahead and said , I'd be useless without Christ.

I returned to school and this same axelord visited me , and took me to the shop of a Reverend from assemblies of God. The moment the Reverend saw me he said exactly same thing both the prophetess and young prophet said. It got to an extent I started avoiding him , cos his words troubled my spirit.
One day this Reverend walked into my room , found me with a lady and a guy, we just finished smoking weed. He told me he wanted to have a discussion with me.
I got angry and decided to pay him a visit. On the 13th of August that year , I walked into his sitting room after smoking enough weed with an axelord. He served me a plate of rice and a bottle of soft drink. As I ate, he preached the gospel of Christ's love to me. I felt so convicted I stopped eating the food and wept bitterly surrendering my life to Christ.
That was the turning point in my life. That day I became a new man in Christ.

I celebrated my new birth this 13th August. I felt I should share my little conversion story.
I don't know the type of sin you find yourself in, but I assure you that Christ can set you free from the bondage of sin, if only you'd open up your heart to Him.
He says in Isaiah 1: 18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

No matter the kind of sinful life you're into He's more than able to set you free.

All you have to do is pray this prayer of faith below.


Heavenly father, I come in the name of Jesus Christ
I acknowledge that I'm a sinner and have been living in sin
Father forgive me of all sins I've committed both known and unknown
I know that Jesus died for me on the cross of Calvary
He was buried and rose on the 3rd day for my justification
Father use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away
Lord Jesus come into my life
Be my Lord and personal saviour
Cancel my name from the book of death and write it in the book of life
Give me power to become the son of God
Thank you father for in Jesus name I've prayed.
