That panel already lost the credibility to probe kyari owing to the lenient and sentimental report it submitted on kyari in the first instance.
Rejecting the initial report and throwing it back at the same panel who did a shoddy job is IG's way of wanting to shield himself of blame and passing the buck to a an igbo man to further create political tension between the two divide.
