type in caps, also letters will not
appear on-screen but you will be

Type ‘MEP2′ (NOTE: u will be
prompted to enter MEP code)

Enter the given code

Under Option,
Locate Call Management
Select Smart Dialing
Beside "Country code", select "Unknown"
Save Changes and exit
