My Blackberry Torch 9800 says at top "Phone Not allowed MM6". I got this phone end of last year. It was unlocked when I got it, so put my old Canadian sim card (Rogers) in it & worked well. Went travelling for 4 months, used other sim card in it when overseas. Came back to Canada in March, it worked again when I put the old Rogers sim in it. Then I moved to a different area so got a new Rogers sim because of high roaming costs, used it for a week then it stopped working, took it to Rogers store. So now Rogers says the phone was originally a Telus phone and has to be unlocked again!! I didn't understand the problem so have been using my old Motorola (G2) which works great with all sim cards always. Now I have to go overseas for 6 months and need that Blackberry 9800 to work so could I have a code to unlock it.
Here is the information I think you need:
