Mohammad Zahir Aghbar, a Lieutenant-General also insisted that Amrullah Saleh was Caretaker President........replacing Ghani's Portraits with Saleh's. Saleh's whereabouts is however unknown. Clarity: As per d constitution of Afg, in absence, escape, resignation or death of the President, the FVP (First Vice President) becomes the caretaker President.
