domin8: Please, do you know if people on student visas also qualify for this? I don't intend to use the credit. Just want to build my score, so I don't want to risk a hard check on my score for nothing. |

Your brother, your daughter's uncle, your sister or brother in laws are part of your immediate family. When you select the option you will be prompted to define the relationship further. Alexia20: |

Amarathripple0: True... However, the limit varies per Bank. £2,900 is probably for your Bank. Keystone used to give £2,100 MONTHLY, while Fidelity still gives £3,500 quarterly. Some Banks give more. |

I guess what's left is 'when' #implement [Extract] All tenants to be moved onto a single system of periodic tenancies, meaning they can leave poor quality housing without remaining liable for the rent or move more easily when their circumstances change. A tenancy will only end if a tenant ends or a landlord has a valid reason, defined in law I'll say valid reason defined in law is somewhat subjective, however, it connotes some certainty and is peremptory. [Extract] Levelling Up and Housing Secretary Michael Gove said: For too long many private renters have been at the mercy of unscrupulous landlords who fail to repair homes and let families live in damp, unsafe and cold properties, with the threat of unfair ‘no fault’ evictions orders hanging over them. Our New Deal for renters will help to end this injustice by improving the rights and conditions for millions of renters as we level up across the country and deliver on the people’s priorities. Hello my people Please, when is the right time to buy flight ticket for December . I checked Cheapflight.com and the cheapest there is Rwandair follow by Egyptair. The latter has one check-in baggage which I think is not enough. 1 Like |

hustla: @hustla There are lots of places in leeds depending on budget, if the person is a student then headinley/hyde park would not be a bad area, (although hyde park has some dodgy areas) close to most leeds uni's. Like someone earlier said seacroft, whimoor and even middleton are close to center and decent rent. Spareroom, zoopla, rightmove are you best bet to getting a place(if you look hard enough you will see some city center studio apartment for £450). For a lower budget one can rent in bradford which is a bus ride to leeds city center(20- 30 mins). Options abound depending on the size of the pocket. |

specialenvoy: @specialenvoy.. The usual suspects totaljobs, indeed, cv library, you can also register on data careers. e.g Jobserve is one of the go site for contract roles too. See below request for temporary data analyst(fully remote) on cv library..main requirement is excel skill, low rates but one can leverage it to get better roles. would have pasted the link but dont want to get banned 8 Likes 4 Shares

My question no 2 is if I move from England to Wales, will it affect my post study ? I believe all are in UK but need to verify. I signed up for some jobs and they have better rates in Wales so I am considering that since the rent is same and I am done with course work. |

Short ans. Nope. UK == (NI, Scotland, England, Wales) Only thing perhaps will be if your study is affected while on student permit (former Tier 2) mamatwiny: |

Please, can a salary of 18-19k qualify for a skilled worker visa. The position is for a medical laboratory assistant and the post says those requesting sponsorship can also apply. I am confused because it is lower than the required rate from gov dot UK and I have been coming across similar vacancies. @omopapa airbay |

You might be better of on the UK Skilled Worker Visa / Health And Care Worker Visa thread: https://www.nairaland.com/6748312/uk-skilled-worker-visa-health Quick one on web developer. When on the skilled worker thread, you might need to be more explicit on your skill set. Web developer is broad although I might understand you implying full stack web developer. Even at that a hint of PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python ... All the best. - https://uktiersponsors.co.uk/ - https://uk.linkedin.com/jobs/visa-sponsorship-jobs - https://ukhired.com/ ... ...
