A reputable health care sector in Lekki is seeking to recruit a Human resources Officer who would be responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the organization a better place to work.

Job Description
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
• Pension and benefits administration
• Approving Job description and advertisements
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line ,managers and other employees on employment law and the employers own employment policies and procedures
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives

Job Requirement
• HND/B.Sc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR functions ( Pay and Benefits, recruitment, training and development etc).
• Understanding of Labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and decision making attitude
• Strong ethics and reliability

Salary: N80, 000.
