Should We Continue Allowing Talents To Waste & Die In Nigeria? by JOHNDESTINY14: 12:08pm On Sep 15, 2021
In the metropolitan city of Lagos State and other suburbs in Nigeria for instance, we (DHE) realized that most highly-talented youths do not possess the right entrepreneurial leadership skills, utilities/resources and relevant knowledge to outstandingly succeed in the human resources/talent business. In attempts to solve this particular problem in our environment through a realistic strategy formation; this was the beginning of Destiny Hits Entertainment.

Basically, Destiny Hits Entertainment (DHE) is a resourceful company that champions a hub of the most refined music and human talents especially in the underserved slums of Nigeria using innovative digital technologies to aid both youthful productivity, national/African economic growth while lyrically promoting global peace for pan-African trade in line with the United Nations sustainable development goals.

At Destiny Hits Entertainment (DHE), we strongly believe that natural skills or human talents are economically resourceful and are one of the most important sectors that Africa needs to fully unlock its explosive potentials for better economic productivity across the millennia. We are led by John Destiny; an entrepreneurial leader, serial award winner and music guru while working closely with an experienced team of deft experts in the industry with a collective mission to provide the best value for these band of youthful raw talents over the years ahead.

Currently, our strengths include:
⦁ Both legal attorney and corporate protections include CAC, SMEDAN, Tax services and related PROs for all royalty collections.
⦁ A comprehensive business plan plus solid financial reports showing performance and quarterly growth.
⦁ Consistent quality for our fans, audience and perennial customers.
⦁ Detailed contacts of key players and tastemakers.
⦁ Experienced team of resourceful personnel and skills.
However, the benefits and our contribution to its immediate environment include:
⦁ More job opportunities for resourceful skills.
⦁ Talents/Youth Engagement
⦁ Tourism enhancement
⦁ Investment/endorsement benefits
Meanwhile, our past awards and achievements include:
⦁ Shortlisted in the Disruptive Category of the 2020 Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship programme but was denied pitching and funding in the year 2021 (Evidence on request)
⦁ Music Award winner at 2018 Akalabo Talent Hunt Carnival powered by the remarkable Chineto Ozigbo Foundation. (Picture available)
⦁ Previous samples of our products (Respiration 2020) on the right platforms (Picture available).

As a resourceful young conglomerate, we are seeking the sum of $30,000 (dollars) on/before the end of 30th of November from a group of top remarkable foundations, sponsors and philanthropists to meet the strategic implementation of our goals to boost visibility among millions of fans and audience while also helping in reducing high unemployment rate and social vices in our immediate environment. Therefore, we are calling on angel investors especially from the fashion, furniture or telecommunication industry including SMEs, patrons, great philanthropists plus well-meaning people (both nationally and in the diaspora), and brands to join us in our collective mission towards making a positive change in empowering our highly-talented youths and human talents in Nigeria and Africa.

However, every of our funder/investor falls into a group according to their level sponsorship with us which include as follows:
SMEs: can offer b/w $50 to $100
Patrons: can offer b/w $200 to $500
Intermediaries/NGOs: can offer b/w $600 to $1500
Great Foundations: can offer b/w $2,000 to $5,000
Local brands: can offer b/w $1,000 to $5,000
International brands: can offer b/w $10,000 to $50,000/above

Over the next five years ahead, the rewards for all funders' contribution include:
⦁ Investors' business LOGOS displayed at all our regular live performances.
⦁ Quarterly Business adverts for our funders.
⦁ Monthly updates/communicating with our funders on how it is going.
⦁ At least, two Free Access/merch on any of our live tours.
⦁ Access to collaborate on more business opportunities/bonuses.
⦁ 10% equity investment for funders/investors above $100,000
⦁ 2% discount on all our future shares/stocks at sale.

Most importantly, if we (DHE) default (fail) in any way to meet up with our funders' rewards, the funder/investor/brand is fully free to revoke sponsorships or file litigations against us. However, we are consistently aiming to create a world class platform in Nigeria and Africa that empowers, employ and connects the services of various deftly-gifted songwriters, creative visual/audio producers, summer-saunters/talented dancers, professional music managers, fintechs, industry researchers, content supervisors while also cohesively working with other digital business professionals like seasoned web designers, social media influencers, playlist promoters, graphic designers, booking agents etc with a collective mission to provide the best value for these band of raw talents especially in the slums of Nigeria together with the right tools for positive change to aid both youthful productivity and national/African economic growth in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals throughout Africa.
