Nobody rates Africans because you haven't earned anyone's respect.
Nobody is going to just dash you respect. Other societies have commanded respect from others. Europeans/whites have done that.
China has also successfully done that and even European/American/ Russian societies don't look down on them.
You can't even fix your own countries and you expect respect from others.
