My cousin gave his details to somebody to register for him.

But it has just been discovered that he was not registered.

the guy travelled but had an accident on his way and died. Long story short is that he did not register my cousin for jamb and the registration has closed.

Pls is there anyway possible for him to be registered.

Location does not matter, pls if he miss this registration it would be his 4th year home. Pls help
