There's an element of luck in this rather than achievement. Some players are simply unlucky with injury while some are really injury-prone. Ex-Asernal Jack Wilshere fits well into the latter. Neymar too.

Messi goes to training with his teammates, leaves the camp with his friends, back home, eat, sleep and does the same the next day. He does nothing extra special, no extra hard work, no extra physical exercise regime. Yet has an incredible fitness records spanning his career without forgetting the fact that traveling to and fro from Europe to South America for int'l games is very exhausting.
Ronaldo hires several physiotherapists, nutritionists, fitness trainers among his large number of staff, he spends about half a day including 1,000 cardio exercises, press ups and all manner of physical exercises to keep fit. Messi would rather spend the time with his family than spend half a day in the gym.
Ronaldo has to sweat his butt to remain injury free while Messi is God's nature.
