It could be because they stir fry on high heat, plus their pans are most times already flavored by previously fried foods. (Kinda like how the Asians never wash their wok so that they don’t lose flavor) By the way, I hate those modern non-stick pots!  They’re just expensive pieces of shit that make foods (especially stir fries) taste bland. Hardly caramelize foods. 1 Like 1 Share |
