I always advice potential house owners to supervise and purchase (when necessary) building materials themselves.

Most contractors/developers are greedy, they are only interested in their profit.

So now this is it. The quest to make money has taken over the minds of some people, therefore jeopardizing safety.
How many people are ready to follow due process?

Funny enough there are a lot of unoccupied completed buildings in some estates in lagos, reason been that the rent is something else.
