I have seen shops built around such dangerous facilities... As in enter a shop with people doing business and right in the middle is such a pole!

The picture just shows how some people commit suicide out of ignorance while at the same time praying to God through foisted religions to safe them from calamities, and the ignorant onlookers will blamed the devil and unidentified village witches as the source of the calamities once it occurs. It is a potential fatal incident waiting to happen.
