The hotel should have used those tiny soaps, at least, they wouldn't have to cut it....large soap is just a wastage.

They do it a lot here in PH. And it's usually that cheap supreme soap of #70. Some cheap ones don't even clean the room or at least change the towel after someone checks out before letting another in. I kuku dey go with my own soap

As much as possible, avoid those rundown shacks commonly seen as two to three star hotels. They belong to the same WhatsApp groups with ritualists.
