I don't know. . .too lazy to look lol. But fish is a better source for protein as red meat can be high in bad fats. But at the same time, red meat is a good source of iron, so if you stop eating red meat, look for an alternate source. |

Both Fish and Meat are good source of protein. But fish is better as it has no side effect as meat |
