WHEN TRAFFIC JAMS COMPLETELY IN GERMANY,DRIVERS(BY LAW) MUST MOVE TOWARDS THE EDGE OF EACH SIDE OF THE ROAD TO CREAT AN OPEN LANE FOR EMMERGENCY VEHICLES.

Any law can work anywhere as long as people know there is no escaping justice for breaking the law no matter the excuse

The problem with Africans is our leaders have this wishful thinking that one day people decide to always do good ,obey laws n keep Africa clean

If u break traffic light and by 12 am 500k is removed from your account ...even if u have less your account enters negative ...you won't dare do that again

Enforcement of laws is what's important

You have spoken very well.

Meanwhile see others on the thread already making jokes.

Everything is just a joke to Nigerians, even suffering.

The government also has a role to play. How wide are Nigerian roads and how good are they?
