Called my bank they said refund is subject to the person's consent and that of their bank..
What else can I do to speed up this process.

May be the person has use your money for detty December. She will rather close her account than return it.

if u know anybody in the bank try appealing to them to give u the woman's phone number,.....who knows..U might be lucky to get part or all of ur money back
