It was gathered that the three Unique Okija Stage Personality had two common features (Their Charisma and their Professional Know How) which distinguishes them from others.

They have greatly achieved alot and had also invested heavily into human capital development.

They were adjudged the most sought out for the year 2021 and should be watch out for in the year 2022.

Under 40 Great Achievers is a registered non governmental organization that recognises hardworking youths of below 40 years of age. The awards shall be conferred on those Recognized by Mid year 2022 @ Lagos State Nigeria.
