Why will you advice him to resign from teaching when you are not sure if the POS business will succeed, Its better he continue teaching and also start the POS business probably put someone he can trust, after school he'll come back and see how the person is doing, also during weekends he's their too, since schools dont open during weekends, like that he'll see the feasibility of the POS business before deciding if he can resign to avoid putting all his hope on one stuff that's uncertain.

I'll not specify my advise but will give you some instances.

I I lost my 60k job last year Nov started Pos in Dec following month. I save up 300k within 4month through my embarked new pos business. Fast forward to September this year I made my first million through it. Last month I bought my first landed property, bought some major furniture mostly needed in a room which the expense cost roughly another 300k all through the Pos business. I give thanks to God almighty because as I'm typing this my account balance is a million in spite all expenses incurred so far.
