So why would zenith too freeze customer account without getting proper documentation from police. They should be hanged too for money.

You are right. But the major concern is , are they gonna pay? Cuz, most cases like these, the police didn't pay......the affected person will just get tired and move on ....I have seen lots of cases like these,
