Atleast 10 killed and many injured after a church collapsed in Asaba, Nigeria

The building collapsed while evening service was going on resulting in death and injuries.

The injured have been rushed to hospital and are receiving treatment.

This collapse is coming after the building collapse in Lagos resulting in the death of many.

Although cases of building collapse are not rapant in Asaba, building collapse in Lagos is endemic with reports of Atleast 150 collapses since 2005 resulting in deaths of hundreds of people.

Use of substanded building materials and poor building construction practices can be blamed for this incidents ravaging the whole country.

Something urgent as to be done by the government to save Nigerians from Dealth and injuries from Building collapse.
