Plz can you explain more on the part you talked about choosing a school that offers co-op

Plz what is co-op
Some schools include a work term (placement) along their course to give you real life office experience. So this can give you a boost if you make a good impression during your placement. You may be retained after your studies or either ways it's job experience

You mustn't have landed property solely to prove home ties.
If you're married, your spouse and kids could serve as home ties. your parents and siblings can serve that purpose as well.
Your job and/or business can also serve as home ties etc.
You need to express them explicitly on your SOP.
ActivatedDreams:
Good morning house, please I have no landed property yet. Can a land of 500k - 1M with documents be purchased and used as additional documents for proof of home ties

Good morning
I’m in need of your advice and way forward . Preparing to go Canada through study route with my family ... I’m 39yrs. old ,married with 2 kids graduated in year 2014 with 3rd class in Geology but ever since then being working as a freelance in building and construction till date and wife works with research institute.
I love tech so much and believe is the future so I decided to study Big Data Analytics /Data Analytics or Business Analytics which I’m able get some colleges in Ontario that offers 1 or 2 years post graduate diploma with designated learning institute (post graduate work permit eligible ).I will be self sponsored ...I don’t know what to do or tackle the study gap and also career progression issue with the visa application /officer.
Your advice and tutor is really appreciated and welcome. I have so much in my head that I can’t even write ielts........I need to do this to move for my wife and kids to where they will have a better future. God bless you all.

Even if you live on the same street... you can’t submit in person
You can submit in person at VFS Lagos, that's what I did

Good morning Gurus in the house. I've been trying to login the Gc key on the Canadian website but it's not going through. Have they changed their website or its network issues?

Sure. Someone here applied June and got ppr July.
Worse comes to worse and theres no decision before September, you simply defer and send your new LOA to IRCC.
