Buka tomato stew tastes better because they cook it with wood fires. The smoke from the firewood and the fact that the stew burns a little, gives the stew a peculiar smell and taste. Some of them also use bleached palm oil instead of vegetable oil. That will make it taste good if you get the bleaching perfect. If you overbleach the oil, that's disaster! |
