The arresters should also be arrested for negligence.

Its not enough to just seal up the premises. That is why the police and NSCDC are there to enforce the seal order, which may have saved those lives.

Hmmm.... looking at the photo ... wonderful steel work .... I thought was electricity cables.... why wouldn't the building collapse? Good that the developer was charged... manslaughter should be included. Two Stop Work Orders were served. After disregarding the first ... why was he not charged?... a second was issued .... yet disregarded and no enforcement. Somebody in the office need to be sacked and charged.
