Thinking about it, the kernels that may be the inner membrane of the hard seeds' of that unassuming fruit could be highly nutritious nuts that no one has ever thought of cracking. There is very little research on bio development in Nigeria and it's one of the key reasons why people are dying. There is an acute shortage of safe, diverse and nutritional foods. |

Jofet: If you do not know anything ask questions , it helps.. The ibibio people of Ikot Abasi, Mkpat Enin and Onna called it Udra. I know this during the period I did my anthropological and ethnographic research. |
