You are not entirely wrong, nobody wants Nuclear war, in an event of direct confrontation with NATO, Russia only option is to go Nuclear. Both nations would be impacted heavily. NATO is a Nuclear capable alliance. in CSTO Russia's version of NATO, only Russia possess nuclear weapons.


And even in the event of confrontation, the US would make a faster recovery obviously not same can be said for Russia. regardless of the eventual winner, great damage would be done. No country in the war has ever attacked US mainland there's a reason why

That's what Germany is saying, they would buy and send to Ukraine and not take from their existing Stock cos of National security. The battle of Eastern front, Germany was at War time strength, the current Germany is at peace time strength and they are not mass producing weapons..
