Please, I urgently need an advice regarding
one week quite notice that my landlord verbally saved me.
It happened that the money I budgeted for my house rent is yet to get to my account due to some delay in payment from my business partner. My rent had due since January 23, 2022. I have already explained my situation to my landlord since last month that he should give me grace of April that I will make payment before this month run out.
But I was surprised when my landlord agent called me to say landlord has given me next week to move out of the house.
I will appreciate an advice regarding this matter please.
