Hi OP,

Even without knowing the conditions of service of both, I will advise you to choose digital marketing for reasons below:

1. Opening 20 business accounts per month is very difficult especially in the present day Nigeria. You might find it easy at first if you have family members and friends willing to open accounts with you but I tell you, it becomes difficult as you progress.

2. Digital marketing exposes you to a lot of possibilities and it can only become better as you improve.

3. In Digital marketing, you can definitely wfh or remotely.

4. I have worked in banking for almost a decade before I left. And the experience is you might wake up one day to discover that you never really added much to yourself except you are in the fincon/treasury/ IT unit

That banking job is hardly achievable. 20 business accounts is not easy in a month. The choice is yours.

Working as an outsourced staff is quite challenging and though. Opening of individual account is though talk more of corporate accounts especially when u look at the numbers expected of u..Go digital marketing..

Most Bank jobs in Nigeria don't last. You better keep you current job and grow there!

Digital marketing is far better… the bank will pay u 100k for almost forever and the banking job is as we all know very very tedious and takes all of your time and energy and your youth .. don’t be deceived with the “I work in a bank” shiiiiiiii na wash!!!

Meanwhile, don't go for the banking job because N100,000 pay is definitely a contract staff job. I did contract job for 9years with a new generation bank and it was a modern slavery. My children's friends once ask them, if your dad work in a bank, why can't he afford a power generating set? That's bad a contract job is in a bank. You can avoid this scenario in your life.
