With the wave of Cable Networks and Satellite Programming, the quest for waiting to watch the Network News on our National Television has died a natural Death. The Likes of AIT and Channels News has even
replaced NTA on the Local scene.
Is this as a Result of Content or Excess Government Propaganda
or Agenda.
Is there still hope For NTA to still becoming the first port of call for Local News ?
Is there any future for a Technology driven era and an inactive National Broadcasting Station.

NTA couldn’t keep up so they got driven off the market. The only thing they enjoyed back in the day was a monopoly. As such the company never cared to improve in its offering until better suited competitors found their way in.
Till today NTA still has no idea what 1080i broadcast is. The channel is an eyesore compared to what other indigenous news channels offer.
