Today we will talk about global trends and forecasts. I have collected the most exciting reports and studies about generations Y, Z, and A,(Khadi in the global fashion)
Who are these generations of future consumers:

Y - millennials, people born in 1981-the 2000s. Millennium kids rely on digital technology and are nostalgic for the 90-and 00s. A separate category is generation M (Muslim Millennials). Brands are already releasing special collections for Ramadan and other holidays for these consumers.

Z - people born in the mid or late 90s. Children of this era grew up with technology in their hands and are very passionate about augmented reality technologies, robotics, and engineering issues.

A - generation alpha, children born after 2010. These are people who grow up to the voice of Siri and Alice and cannot imagine life without high technology. They are more creative and less aggressive.

What will be in demand among these generations

1. Sexuality and gender no longer sell. Marketing tools have to be rebuilt and adapted. The consumer is no longer led by busty naked blondes pouring mayonnaise on a burger. Give him something more intelligent. This is where the flooring comes from. More and more brands will make unisex clothes: firstly, it's cheaper; secondly, there are no more things strictly for women or strictly for men, wear whatever you want.

2. Modesty fashion. There is an increase in the solvency of the Muslim market and the population itself, hence the trend towards modesty and an increase in the number of closed outfits on the podium.

3. The theme of mysticism, horoscopes, and space will be even more popular. The brands that have been most successful in adapting the piece of magic are Gucci, Givenchy, and Dior. Saint Laurent and Valentino are trying to do something there, but not yet. Soon we are waiting for another boom of Alexander McQueen.

4. Aesthetics of the forbidden. The trend shortly will be the topic of prohibited substances. The younger generation does not want to use anything but is actively inspired by drug addict aesthetics. In short, heroin chic 2.0 is waiting for us, but in a slightly different interpretation.

5. Feminism and body positivity will continue to flow into the fashion industry. Unfortunately, fashion is a simple and effective tool for ANY propaganda. We are waiting for a general aggravation on appropriation and all sorts of political issues. The further, the more dangerous it is to blurt out something and offend someone.

6. Eco-friendly. Eco-friendly fashion is on the rise. If this is not so important for us, then the future generation will face the consequences of mass production.
