This has been going on for a while, but it's about time Nigerians know what we are going through.

I have been using gtb bank for the past 7 years now, and normally when you go to your own bank to withdraw using an ATM, you are not charged for that, except for the normal monthly charges done. Recently gtb bank has disabled some of their ATM machines, leaving you with the option to use only fingerprint. Fingerprint system which is already embeded in the system just like your phone, which does not attract any special requirements to process your money. Gtb bank now charges it clients 20 naira claiming to be fingerprint charges. What does this finger print charges means. This is different from the monthly deductions done in your account that are still for withdrawal and maintenance.

This is a total broad day rip off.

Check the marked red image for picture evidence.

bro, this one is they disabled their ATM machines from accessing your card. A card you are paying maintenance for. They disable it on all their 4 Atm boots, and force you to use fingerprint and then charge 20 naira on every single transaction done.
