He later gained admission into Lasu to study theatre Art .

Playmaker kicked off his career as an Artiste in the year 1999 when he recorded his first single Jogunmogun where he featured Marvelous benjy then his second Song Omotodun where he featured Black face and Marvelous benjy... He later ventured into club Management and has worked in Clubs like Club Haze westpark hotel, Club Treasure, treasure palace, Establishment Lounge and Club, Club Neptune,club lenovo, la pace Lounge, club OG,ose Gold hotel ,hundredghost night club ,E Club, ehi hotel, Leosub lounge, Club Mayoral, and Club 101 de santos.

Playmaker has made a name for himself and he is presently one of the most sort after Club promoter.
