For the Frontend Engineer - React:
1. Git workflow
2. Understands the concept of Functional programming and react hooks
3. State Management
4. Frontend auth flows
5. Jsx/component-based styling,
6. Asset management, bundling, and optimization in webpack/rollup
7. Unit, functional, integration, and end to end testing (Jest & Enzyme)
8. Conversant with route based single-page applications and loadable components

For the Backend Engineer:

1. Git workflow
2. NodeJs
3. Experience building serverless APIs (AWS apigateway)
4. Experienced in performing crud operations in Relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)as well non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore)
5. Experienced developing Graphql APIs
6. Experienced with Nodejs Orm tools - Mongoose, Sequelize, Prisma.
7. OOP driven, controller driven
8. Experienced in User base authentication and management (firebase auth).
