The 1967 to 1970 lessons that we taught your grandparents are nightmares that have passed from generations to generations. The United States is using brain drain as a weapon of war against Russia. See below
This is not a gesture of goodwill by UK. Nigeria youths, wake up!

(CNN)President Joe Biden has asked Congress to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make it easier for highly educated Russians to obtain visas to work in the United States, according to a section of the White House's Ukraine supplemental budget request submitted to lawmakers last week and reviewed by CNN.

The request, if enacted, would allow Russians with a masters or doctoral degree in the fields of science, technology, engineering or math to apply for a visa without first obtaining an employer sponsor in the US.
The amendment would also require the Department of Homeland Security "to expedite consideration of such applications," the document says, "as appropriate" and with the necessary vetting.

This information can be misconstrued. It applies to top universities in the world. Nigerian universities are not among the top universities.

UK this UK that...if Nigeria is working fine all this condition will be relax...but here is pit of hell

I do agree with you.
This UK and others that is in high need of graduates manpower, due to Brexit and Covid-19 debacles, have to lower the entry requirements into their territories, not necessarily because they love you but your ability to deliver based on your credentials!
Statistics of how Nigerians have been performing are with them,so all they need is to ensure you are comfortable with good things of life ( homes, lights, transportation, rail and infrastructures) that our govt just couldn't provide, since then you even forget their African Origin and assumed a new dialect!
It's shameful that our leaders ( governors,
National Assemblies,State Assemblies),who usually moved from Dubai ,London,New York,Tel Aviv,Paris Airports, Hospitality Tourism, etc couldn't replicate same things here, yet refused to upgrade Nigerians life, despite the huge amounts of quarterly Revenue Allocations to their States. All they do is to blame the Federal Govt.May we ask how they spend the NBillions of money received and charged their States for Security?
Unfortunately, most Nigerians flow along biased party lines with tribal and religious sentiments and these States Emprors are happy since they come back to the Masses once in four years, without accountabilities!- no roads,no lights,no water,no agriculture,no job creation in their States.Same problems year in year out!
Some Graduates that even have the the Certificates but can't defend it abroad, will rather choose to major in minor works there, if that will removed them from Nigeria palous economic state! Do you blame them!
London, here we come! It's sad because your best hands are leaving to develop the foreign lands!

Lol... did you guys read the write-up?

In case you missed the word "exempt", here is the last paragraph:

OP, maybe you should have used a different word. The word "exempt" makes it look like the schools included are bearing the weight of some unwanted obligations, thereby making it seem as it's a good thing Nigeria was exempted. Oh wait, OP is amongst those that didn't read the write-up. Lol

After the first comment I was reading to find out the first person who understood the write up.

Now you see why we are "exempted" excluded from the program.
