sad sad sad

The use of mobile phone have become a great source of distraction among students, a lot don’t read anymore , just going on social media platforms and be posting rubbish.

In my own opinion use of mobile phones should be banned among secondary school students.

Browser-enabled mobile phones should be allowed in secondary schools so that they can have some knowledge of sex styles and acts before they turn 18.

If banned, it means that 18 year old thots will be very naive and may start becoming skillful at the ripe old age of 22.

A true teenager should start experimenting by 15 so that by 18, she is skilled.

No, it should not be lifted. Use of phones is addictive and can destroy the young user.

Mobile phone has become a necessity in this present age. Rather than outright banning I feel the schools and parents should look for a way to monitor usage.

Students of secondary schools have no business with android phones, but they can use normal phone because of security situation in Nigeria, Though non browsing android phones can be used .

They shouldn't lift it. If a student needs to make an emergency call, let the school have a dedicated telephone for that.

It's highly distracting and it's the major reason for lasciviousness amongst teens. It's also gonna start breeding unhealthy competition for the most expensive phone and that could lead the kids astray.

When they get home, they can use their iPhone 50 under parental supervision, that's their parents' business.

If not for academic purposes, even university students have less use of mobile phones.

EVEN IN THE UNIVERSITY IT SHOULD BE BANNED!

Only people allowed to use phones in this country should be graduates above the age of 40.

I rest my case!

What value will cell phones add to the students?
We had no cell phones and we turned out alright.
Emphasis should be on extra curricula activities that boost their intellect. There's enough distractions already.

Students in secondary schools should never be allowed to bring phones to school, especially the androids and iphones.
Common !
That will be a huge distraction.
Imagine teaching a student in class, and he or she is watching video on tik tok or chatting on snap chat.
Is that education taking place?
The teacher and student are just wasting their time.
If a parent or guardian want to contact his or her child or ward via phone while the latter is in school, the parent/ward should call the principal/headmaster/headmistress/class teacher.

What we should teach is discipline. There's no crime using a phone in High School but there's a crime using your phone during classes.

There's also a crime using apps and websites not age appropriate.

Banning phone usage for High School student wouldn't stop the wayward child from being wayward.

Cutting off the head isn't the antidote to headache.
