I understand what you are saying, but the truth must still be told. I passed this same flyover last week on my way back from Abuja and I was like who supervised the construction of that flyover.
It was poorly designed if you ask me, the engineers involved could have done better.

The flyover looks funny. Governor is scared to demolish houses and the place is even far from the city center. Poorly planned, from that lane I see, only a single car can pass. It's not by force to build flyover. Imp, Abia and Enugu have got it wrong with flyovers. They should take a cue from Ebonyi. Don't be under pressure to build flyover because others are building. Be strategic. Some of the flyovers Wikr built in Port Harcourt are unnecessary, and all the flyovers built in Ebonyi are unnecessary but at least they built it well. Abakiliki has no traffic like Calabar, Uyo, Asaba, Ado Ekiti and other small cities. They don't need flyovers. They are meant to ease traffic not for decoration or achievement.

Flyover was never needed in that axis. What was need was a dual lane from 2st Texaco Abakpa to Tjunction and from Penoks through to Nowas to Tjunction. The only location that requires Flyover Round About- Holy Ghost but Ugwuanyi bụ ezigbo ọkpọ. Akpa Amụ. Big for nothing
