@op, are you a graduate? I would have advised that you liaise with your uncle on how to get money to register for IELTS and GRE and apply for masters in USA so that you can be funded. But if you are not a graduate, bring to him the idea of taking SAT so that you can ace it and get funding there next year. He can give you any amount, even less than that because you are not entitled to him. I understand your youthful exuberance anyway. But the more you age, you will realize that only your immediate parents can provide all you need at anytime. You can use that 30k to start learning any online skills. When I graduated, I couldn't find any meaningful job uptill now. I worked at various construction sites despite emerging best Graduating Student of my cohort. From my very meagre earnings, I was able to pay application fee to a school earning this year and courier for sending documents including transcript. Now I have been nominated and praying for a positive final outcome by end of June. It is rough now, but don't use that emotion to ask for money from anyone not your immediate parents. Be prayerful also and always ask God to draw you close to people that will help you achieve your dream. It will be ok finally finally by his grace.
