the term lizard is used to describe over 7000 species of medium to small sized reptiles.

different species are spread across different geographical locations.

agama africana (our normal lizard) is far different from an iguana, or monitor lizard.

I'm pretty sure people in the Carribean would be fascinated by our humble agama.
