5,000 Attend The Bible Experience, Live! Event in Los Angeles
Inspired By Media Group, Zondervan, and West Angeles Church of God in Christ (COGIC) presented "The Bible Experience, Live!" November 15 in Los Angeles to mark the official launch of Inspired By, The Bible Experience. More than 5,000 people were in attendance for the event and the response to the program was extremely positive. It was hosted by Star Jones Reynolds, who conducted interviews during the program with Kirk Franklin, Blair Underwood, and Angela Basset. Dramatic readings were performed by Courtney B. Vance, Bassett, and Underwood as well as many others. Musical performances were given by Kirk Franklin and Marvin Winans.
