Hi I would like some advise, i work in Customer Care at a PFA, long hours 7 - 8, I recently had got an offer, entry level GTBank, honestly i never wanted to work in a bank but it seems the same work conditions apply and the pay is WAY better.

I've decided to go for the bank job but i dont know alot about the, units there and their work function – basically where I’d fit in, I have a chance tomorrow to let them know the unit in GT I'd like to work in, can someone kindly give a brief description of what goes on in there, especially in Customer Service, Corporate Affairs - the hours, pay, work conditions

Basically there are like 5 units in d bank
Customer care, TSG, PSG, Operations, HNI etc
Its a bank job, my dear
U cant escape d long hours
If want to close relatively earlier
I advice U go to Customer care
Cos say like 7pm, U close, even earlier at times
But Pleeeeeaasssssse, Dont go to OPERATIONS
All this apart, they get 2 move U 2 differnt units with
So U ve a comprehensive banking experience
Good place to work though
