When deciding on which crypto to buy, there are three important questions to be reminded of:

•How much are you willing to invest?
•For how long are you willing to invest?
•How are you going to manage the investment?

1.How much are you willing to invest?
From an analyst's point of view: You should set aside funds for basic needs, liabilities, and bills before planning an investment in cryptocurrencies. People make mistakes by investing their life savings, leaving nothing on them to meet their basic priority needs, and that shouldn't be so.

2.For how long are you willing to invest?
Duration matters in crypto investment. It's something a retail investor should not ignore while planning to make an investment in crypto or other asset classes, because cryptocurrency is a very volatile investment. So one needs to pick a certain timeframe, say a week, a month, years or even a day. As this helps one to be patient for the investment to yield the proper income for which the investment was made. Illustratively, it helps retail investors see the perfect picture, such as lending capital to the project they are investigating in hopes of making profit after a certain period of time which they must have concluded within themselves.

3.How are you going to manage the investment?
Doing your research, managing the investment are all tied down to picking the best cryptocurrencies and deciding the point at which you will buy in and take your profit are the crux of this justification. There are thousands of cryptocurrencies out there and it could be confusing as to which coin/token to buy, and based on CoinMarketCap data, the biggest cryptocurrency such as BTC and ETH are a lot more safer than the smaller ones. Many traders and investors also opined that the first ten cryptos by market cap are well worthy of consideration too.

After one must have decided the coin to buy, one must also monitor the investment as part of managing the investment and should decide when to take profits and whether or not they should move to the next promising project of the season
