Peter Obi, Putin, ASUU Strike Lead Nigeria’s Top Google Searches In 1st Half Of 2022

Google has released list of top trending personalities, music, movies, high profile deaths as well as sports that trended in the first half of 2022.

In a statement on Thursday, Taiwo Kola-Ogunlade, Google’s communications and public relations manager in West Africa, said the first half of 2020 had been eventful with high profile deaths, politics, personalities among others.

Kola-Ogunlade said that such trends and search were as a results of happenings and events of interest that caught people’s attention.
