Try to solve them on your own then look at the answers to see how you are doing.

It's all about practice... You gotta practice to make perfect... Don't wait for interviews before you practice... There are lots of materials and websites on google... I was once in your shoes years back and I knew I had to up my game by practising more and more.

Most aptitude tests are a reflection of your IQ level. There are jobs that require you to have a high IQ amongst others. Fact you are always failing means you're not cut out for such jobs.
But don't despair, that doesn't mean you can not perform extremely well in other categories of jobs.

Could be one of 2 things.

1.You are not a 'natural test taker' . Yes, there are people like that.

2. You don't prepare/practice well enough. Studying the general topics & corrections for long.

Remedy: whenever you don't have a natural aptitude for an exercise you have to do more work.

I'm not joking do 4 hrs practice daily for the next 3 months— don't miss a day.

Make it 6 hrs a day & 2 to the test date. The questions would come naturally to you because of muscle memory.

I disagree. Aptitude tests are only a measure of a particular kind of intelligence. There are about 13 types of intelligence.

Aptitude tests, like IQ tests, measure only one kind of intelligence which is usually mathematical/verbal reasoning. Life is bigger than that.

Some people aren't mathematical geniuses but are great leaders. Some aren't we extroverted. They do better crunching figures.

Has to be good practice though. SHL style aptitude tests are very different from the ones generally available locally
