How Is the Higher Education System in Scotland?

If you are a Scotland resident from the European Union, you won’t have to pay anything to get a bachelor’s degree. Since universities are funded by the government, tuition fees for undergraduate Scottish applicants are paid by the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS).

The only exception is for students that come from other countries in Great Britain, who will have to pay tuition fees, which are usually around 11,500 USD per year.
